Role & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HR and Legal department systems and applications
- Assist in the maintenance and documentation of IT infrastructure serving HR and Legal divisions
- Support the deployment and testing of software updates and patches related to HR and Legal platforms
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and resolve technical issues affecting HR and Legal operations
- Contribute to data management and security protocols within the HR and Legal IT environment
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
