Role & Responsibilities

• Integrate artificial intelligence into IT governance processes to enhance working methods and operational efficiency
• Develop and improve IT governance dashboards by consolidating data from multiple sources and rendering it actionable for strategic decision-making
• Prepare deliverables required for monitoring the IT budget cycle in liaison with the CIO Office
• Support the tracking of the IT project portfolio in collaboration with IT Domain Directors
• Assist business teams in utilizing Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
• Contribute to the improvement of the onboarding journey for new IT collaborators
• Provide functional and technical support for the evolution and maintenance of a Power Apps application dedicated to operational resource tracking, coordinating with Technology, Business, and Cybersecurity teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree +4 to +5 years of study in engineering school or equivalent with interest in information systems
• Fluent English and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• First-hand experience or knowledge of SharePoint, Power BI, or Power Apps (preferred)
• Strong analytical and synthetic thinking abilities with rigorous organizational skills
• Autonomous working style with excellent interpersonal and team collaboration capabilities
• Demonstrated commitment to driving transformation in IT practices
