Chanel — IT ERP Deployment Coordinator (Alternance) in Paris. Apprenticeship role supporting regional ERP rollouts, starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support coordination and execution of ERP rollout activities across regions and local markets under the supervision of the project team.
- Maintain project trackers, update deployment schedules and report status to project leads and local stakeholders.
- Assist with requirements validation, preparation of test scenarios and coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Contribute to cutover planning, data migration checks and go‑live/hypercare support for market deployments.
- Prepare and maintain deployment documentation, training materials and localized user guides.
- Liaise with regional market contacts, IT teams and business users to follow up on open issues and escalations.
- Participate in project meetings, capture actions, and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or equivalent (eligible for alternance/apprenticeship).
- Strong organisational discipline with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and follow project governance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to liaise with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail for testing, data checks and documentation.
- Professional approach, discretion and respect for luxury brand standards; willingness to travel to regional markets when required.
Skills
Experience
Practical experience gained through internships, academic projects or prior apprenticeships on IT projects or ERP-related initiatives is desirable but not mandatory; the role is aimed at candidates still in formal education.
Education
Enrolment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate programme (Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or equivalent) with eligibility for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
