Chanel seeks an IT Data Compliance Manager in Neuilly-Sur-Seine to oversee data governance systems (CPC, MDM, DQM, C360) for global operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner for CPC, DSDR, and Data Retention Clock components within the Pioneer platform, managing requirements, user acceptance testing, and production monitoring
- Serve as primary technical contact for data privacy matters, DSDR requests, data retention policies, and regulatory compliance across business and legal teams
- Collect and evaluate new requirements from key stakeholders including Legal Teams, Regions, and Divisions; pilot and develop new CPC and data retention features
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams (front-end and back-end, offshore and onshore) to debug and optimize data compliance applications
- Manage planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for compliance product initiatives; monitor application availability and usage in production environments
- Define requirements and deliverables with internal stakeholders; manage expectations and serve as project ambassador across the global Pioneer transformation initiative
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a university, engineering school, or business school
- 5+ years of programme management experience on complex IT projects with international scope in B2C environments, retail, digital, or e-commerce sectors
- Strong understanding of technical systems ecosystem technologies including .NET, Lambda functions, Azure and AWS cloud environments, Kafka topics, JSON, and SQL
- Knowledge of information systems security and data-related regulations (GDPR, CCPA, and similar frameworks)
- Familiarity with Master Data Management solutions, particularly Reltio, is highly preferred

Experience
5+ years of programme management experience on complex IT projects with international scope in B2C environments, retail, digital, and/or e-commerce. Demonstrated success managing cross-functional, multicultural teams and delivering solutions in global, matrix organizations.

Master's degree (University, Engineering school, or Business school)
