Chanel Paris: IP Litigation & Anticounterfeit Legal Intern (January 2027) – Corporate role supporting intellectual property enforcement and counterfeit prevention.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide legal support on intellectual property litigation matters, including trademark and patent disputes
- Conduct research and analysis of counterfeit products and infringement cases
- Prepare legal documentation and briefs related to IP protection enforcement
- Assist in drafting correspondence and memoranda concerning anticounterfeit initiatives
- Monitor and analyze case developments and competitive intelligence on counterfeiting trends
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law, or equivalent legal discipline
- Strong understanding of IP law, trademark law, and counterfeit enforcement regulations
- Excellent research and analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in English and French, both written and oral

Legal studies background with coursework or practical exposure to intellectual property law and corporate litigation preferred
Education
Master's degree (or equivalent) in Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law, or related legal discipline; Bachelor's degree in Law required
