Chanel Paris Invoice Manager - Materials & Notions. Full-time CDI position managing invoice processing for luxury fashion supply chain.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process invoices for materials and notions across production and collection operations within established timelines
- Ensure timely payment authorisation for all invoice categories including collection, production, and press materials
- Identify, analyse, and resolve invoice disputes to reduce outstanding liabilities
- Validate provision processes and strengthen accuracy in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain liaison with accounting and management control to ensure reporting alignment and financial accuracy
- Serve as primary contact for suppliers regarding outstanding invoices and payment status
- Act as invoicing reference for cross-functional supply chain projects and process optimisation initiatives
- Review supplier documentation quality and implement improvement programmes to streamline invoice processing
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators specific to the materials and notions invoicing function
- Conduct process audit of Operations and related systems to optimise invoice validation protocols
- Manage press invoicing for contract manufacturers, finished goods producers, and embroidery specialists
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in invoice processing within fashion or luxury goods
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in enterprise invoicing systems (Orli, Basware, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Fluent French and English; Italian language proficiency preferred

Experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in invoice processing and accounts payable operations within the fashion or luxury goods sector, with demonstrated expertise in managing complex invoice workflows and supplier relationships.
Education
Upper secondary education or equivalent (Bac +2 or Bac +3 qualification preferred)
