Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily inventory operations for the Westfield UTC boutique, including receiving, putaway, replenishment and stockroom organization.
- Plan and supervise cycle counts, full inventories and ad hoc stock reconciliations; identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Manage a small stock team: scheduling, training on brand procedures, performance feedback and task allocation.
- Implement and enforce loss‑prevention measures and secure handling of high‑value merchandise.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the store’s POS/ERP systems and produce regular inventory KPI reports for store management.
- Coordinate with regional distribution, logistics and store leadership to ensure timely replenishment and transfers.
- Ensure stockroom compliance with Chanel visual and housekeeping standards and support merchandising teams during floor moves and launches.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimise stock flow, space utilisation and shrink control.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in inventory control or stockroom management within luxury or fashion retail.
- Strong numerical aptitude and experience reconciling inventory variances.
- Demonstrated knowledge of stock intake, cycle counting and loss‑prevention practices.
- Ability to lead, coach and develop small teams in a high‑standards retail environment.
- Capacity to work a retail schedule including weekends and peak trading periods; able to handle physical tasks associated with stock handling.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of hands‑on inventory or stockroom supervisory experience in fashion or luxury retail, with a track record of reducing shrink and improving stock accuracy.
Education
