Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient flow of goods in and out of the boutique to enhance client experience.
  • Supervise and train team members, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
  • Process and record received stock accurately into the system.
  • Organize and maintain stock according to Chanel's standards.
  • Prepare and ship outbound shipments in alignment with brand protocols.
  • Execute stock cycle counts and annual physical inventory under the direction of the Operations Lead.
  • Foster positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Understanding of and passion for client experience. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

Experience

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of inventory management and team supervision.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
