Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient flow of goods into and out of the boutique whilst maintaining optimized operations and seamless client experience
- Supervise team members, providing proper training and ensuring compliance with operational standards and CHANEL protocols
- Process received inventory and record transactions into the inventory management system with accuracy
- Organize and maintain stock in accordance with CHANEL's presentation and storage standards
- Prepare and execute outbound shipments according to brand standards and logistics requirements
- Execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory under the direction of the Operations Manager
- Foster positive team relationships across the boutique to build trust and inspire collaborative teamwork
- Uphold operational excellence and service standards that deliver the ultimate CHANEL client experience
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of related inventory, warehouse, or retail operations experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items up to 25 lbs, including overhead lifting
- Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights, weekends, and select holidays
- In-store presence required for boutique opening, closing, inventory receiving, and product shipping
- Understanding of and passion for exceptional client experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for the House of CHANEL, its heritage, product offerings, and commitment to cultural and social initiatives
- Genuine curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within CHANEL
