Inventory Specialist position at Chanel in Palm Beach, FL. Manage stock, conduct inventory counts, and support retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels across boutique locations and ensure accurate stock records
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with system data
- Process incoming shipments and verify merchandise against purchase orders
- Organize and maintain storage areas to optimize space and accessibility
- Generate inventory reports and monitor stock turnover metrics
- Collaborate with retail and logistics teams to fulfill merchandise requests
- Support merchandise presentation and visual standards in sales areas
Qualifications
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
- Experience with cycle counts and physical inventory procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Experience
