Inventory Specialist position at Chanel's Neiman Marcus Fashion Island boutique in Newport Beach, CA. Full-time role managing stock operations and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process received stock and record inventory into designated systems
- Organize and maintain stock in alignment with Chanel operational expectations and boutique layout standards
- Execute stock cycle count programs and annual physical inventory under the direction of the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Lead
- Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to Chanel brand standards and procedures
- Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate Chanel experience to clients
- Build positive team relationships throughout the boutique to inspire trust and collaborative teamwork
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of related inventory, warehouse, or retail operations experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing of items up to 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and selected holidays

Experience
Minimum 1 year of related inventory, warehouse, retail operations, or logistics experience preferred.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
