Inventory Specialist at Chanel Miami – inventory management and warehouse operations for design facility. Full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies across the Miami Design facility and related warehouses
- Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods
- Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment orders in accordance with demand forecasts
- Perform regular physical inventory audits and cycle counts
- Manage inventory records using warehouse management systems and associated software
- Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to optimize material flow
- Generate inventory reports and provide analysis to management
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or supply chain operations
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software
- Strong organizational and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in supply chain or related field preferred

Experience
2+ years of hands-on inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain experience, preferably within a luxury goods, design, or manufacturing environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related discipline preferred.
