Chanel Inventory Specialist in Miami Design District. Manage stock flow, process inventory, and support boutique operations. Full-time, $26–$28/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate Chanel experience to clients
  • Process received stock and record transactions into the inventory system
  • Organize and maintain stock in accordance with Chanel expectations and brand standards
  • Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to established brand protocols
  • Execute stock cycle count programs and annual physical inventory under the direction of the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Lead
  • Build positive team relationships throughout the boutique to foster trust and collaborative teamwork
  • Facilitate the opening and closing of the boutique and manage receiving and shipping operations to support optimal client service

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of related inventory, operations, or retail experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push items up to 25 lbs, including overhead lifting
  • Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and select holidays
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Passion for the Chanel brand, its heritage, products, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Experience
