Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory operations for the boutique, including receiving, unpacking and accurate logging of incoming merchandise.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full stocktakes; reconcile physical counts with inventory records and POS data.
- Maintain organised backstock and salesfloor replenishment to support merchandising standards and client requests.
- Prepare and process transfers, returns, adjustments and documentation for loss-prevention and audit purposes.
- Operate and troubleshoot inventory management systems, barcode/RF scanners and POS interfaces; maintain accurate SKU-level records.
- Produce routine inventory reports and communicate discrepancies to store management and regional supply teams.
- Support sales advisors with order pulls, special requests and boutique presentations while upholding luxury service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on retail inventory or stockroom experience; luxury or premium retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable attention to detail with a track record of accurate stock reconciliation and loss-prevention awareness.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced boutique environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and sustained standing; flexible to work boutique hours, weekends and peak periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
At least 1–2 years of practical experience in retail stock control, inventory reconciliation or stockroom operations; prior experience within luxury retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or retail/luxury certifications are a plus.
