Role & Responsibilities
- Own daily stockroom operations at the Wynn boutique, including receiving, unpacking and staging incoming merchandise
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits; reconcile discrepancies and prepare variance reports for store leadership
- Manage merchandise transfers, interstore shipments and returns in accordance with Chanel handling and security protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the point-of-sale and inventory management systems and update stock locations
- Coordinate with store management, visual merchandising and loss-prevention teams to ensure product integrity and optimal on-floor availability
- Prepare merchandise for sales floor replenishment and special client requests; organise back-of-house layout to support efficiency and compliance
- Support investigations of inventory variances and implement corrective measures to reduce shrink and improve stock accuracy
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in retail inventory control, stockroom operations or logistics within a premium retail environment
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail; proven record of maintaining tight inventory controls
- Ability to work discreetly with high-value merchandise and follow strict security procedures
- Reliable physical stamina for handling deliveries, heavy lifting and standing during shifts
- Professional communication skills to liaise with store leadership, merchandising and loss-prevention teams
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in inventory control, stockroom management or retail logistics; prior experience in luxury or premium-brand retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certificate in logistics, supply chain, retail management or related field preferred.
