Role & Responsibilities

• Process received stock and accurately record items into system to maintain inventory integrity
• Organize and maintain stock in accordance with Chanel brand expectations and operational standards
• Prepare and execute outbound shipments according to established brand protocols
• Execute stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory under direction of Inventory Supervisor and Operations Lead
• Facilitate boutique opening and closing procedures, ensuring all operational requirements are met
• Build and maintain positive team relationships throughout the boutique to foster trust and collaborative teamwork
• Uphold operational excellence to deliver the exceptional Chanel client experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related inventory or warehouse operations experience
• Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing of items up to 25 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and select holidays
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities and collaborative work style
• Passion for Chanel's heritage, product offerings, and brand commitment to social and cultural initiatives
• Service-oriented mindset with commitment to client-centric operations

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1 year of related inventory, warehouse, or retail operations experience preferred.

Education

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25.40 to USD 29 per hour.
