Role & Responsibilities

  • Process received stock and accurately record items into system to maintain inventory integrity
  • Organize and maintain stock in accordance with Chanel brand expectations and operational standards
  • Prepare and execute outbound shipments according to established brand protocols
  • Execute stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory under direction of Inventory Supervisor and Operations Lead
  • Facilitate boutique opening and closing procedures, ensuring all operational requirements are met
  • Build and maintain positive team relationships throughout the boutique to foster trust and collaborative teamwork
  • Uphold operational excellence to deliver the exceptional Chanel client experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of related inventory or warehouse operations experience
  • Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing of items up to 25 lbs
  • Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and select holidays
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities and collaborative work style
