Chanel is hiring an Inventory Specialist — Crystals in Las Vegas, NV. Manage secure inventory, cycle counts and reconciliation for high-value embellishments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end inventory processes for crystals and related high-value embellishment items, including receipt, secure storage, transfers and disposals.
- Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories; reconcile variances between physical stock and inventory records, and drive corrective actions.
- Maintain strict chain-of-custody and documentation for all movements; prepare inventory reports and support internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with merchandising, procurement and store operations to support stock replenishment, order fulfilment and sample management.
- Implement and enforce security protocols for high-value materials, including restricted access, secure packaging and shipment procedures.
- Train and coach store or atelier colleagues on proper handling, tagging, and scanning procedures to minimise loss and ensure traceability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business, logistics, merchandising or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrable experience (typically 2–5 years) in inventory control, stock management or logistics, preferably within luxury retail, jewelry or couture ateliers.
- Proven ability to work with high-value goods and to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong numerical accuracy and proven experience performing cycle counts and variance investigations.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and to follow bespoke security procedures.
