Inventory Specialist at Chanel, South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, CA. $25.40–$30.00/hr. Full-time retail operations role managing boutique stock.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process incoming stock and record into system with accuracy and efficiency
- Organize and maintain inventory in accordance with Chanel brand standards and boutique layout requirements
- Prepare and ship outbound merchandise according to established brand protocols
- Execute periodic stock cycle counts and participate in annual physical inventory under the direction of the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager
- Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver exceptional client experience
- Foster positive team relationships and inspire trust and collaboration throughout the boutique
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of inventory, warehouse, or retail stock management experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull items up to 25 lbs, including overhead lifting
- Flexibility to accommodate late evening, weekend, and holiday scheduling requirements
- Collaborative team orientation with strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Understanding of and passion for client experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
