Chanel seeks an experienced Inventory Manager at its flagship Paris location to oversee stock operations and ensure operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management operations and ensure accurate stock levels across all locations
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and protocols
- Monitor stock movements, reconciliations, and physical counts
- Coordinate with merchandising and sales teams to align inventory with business forecasts
- Analyze inventory data to identify optimization opportunities and reduce discrepancies
- Manage inventory systems and reporting tools
- Ensure compliance with inventory policies and internal controls
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management or stock operations, preferably in luxury retail
- Strong proficiency with inventory management systems and databases
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work methodically with numerical data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory management, stock operations, or warehouse management, with demonstrated success in a luxury or premium retail environment
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; higher education in business, logistics, or related field is a plus
