Chanel Inventory Executive in Taipei—manage warehouse operations, cycle counts, and reporting for fragrance & beauty division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and investigate stock count variances to maintain inventory accuracy
- Execute routine inventory movements, BOM activities, and inventory adjustments in accordance with established protocols
- Monitor stock shelf life and aging inventory, implementing corrective actions as required
- Support item creation and maintain catalogue data integrity across ERP and WMS systems
- Prepare inventory health dashboards, warehouse capacity reports, and operational performance metrics
- Coordinate with extended stakeholders to ensure seamless inventory and warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Academic background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Hands-on experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics
- Proficiency with ERP or WMS systems
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Fluent in English (reading and writing)
- Prior experience in retail, FMCG, beauty, or luxury goods environments valued

Experience
Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or data handling required; preference given to candidates with exposure to retail, FMCG, beauty, or luxury industry environments.
Education
Academic background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
