Chanel Stock Assistant – Taipei. Manage warehouse inventory, conduct stock audits, and ensure boutique logistics excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain warehouse and storage spaces to ensure cleanliness, order, and optimal accessibility
- Conduct monthly inventory audits and stock takes across warehouse and boutique locations
- Perform quality inspections on all incoming products and merchandise shipments
- Assist with inventory transfers, stock movements, and packaging operations
- Coordinate inter-store deliveries and returns between warehouse and boutique locations
- Provide telephone consultation services regarding product availability and stock inquiries
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Experience
