Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day inventory operations across retail and distribution channels, ensuring accurate stock visibility and timely replenishment.
- Perform cycle counts and full stock reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies through root-cause analysis.
- Liaise with stores, warehouse teams and logistics partners to manage transfers, inbound receipts and stock movements.
- Maintain and update inventory records and issue regular reporting on stock levels, shrinkage and ageing to inform commercial decisions.
- Support seasonal stock preparation and coordinate deliveries for launches, special events and store resets.
- Implement and uphold inventory control procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce variance and improve accuracy.

- Proven numerical acuity and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities; able to coordinate across store, warehouse and commercial teams.

Typically 2+ years in inventory control, stock management or logistics within retail or distribution environments; prior exposure to luxury or premium retail operations is strongly preferred.
Education
