Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients at the collection point, perform pre-diagnostic assessments of garments, and document technical notes (réserves) in coordination with the atelier
  • Record and track orders in the IT system, process payments (encaissements), and ensure quality follow-up until delivery
  • Manage hotline and after-sales service (SAV): handle client inquiries, address delivery delays, and prepare quotes
  • Coordinate communications between retail teams, Chanel boutiques, inventory management, press, and alteration services
  • Generate traceability codes, label garments, and transmit files to the atelier for processing
  • Manage the back-office functions of the e-commerce platform, coordinating orders, courier logistics, and atelier coordination
  • Schedule and track client deliveries within Paris and manage transfers between boutique and atelier
  • Support the boutique manager with cash handling and daily reporting, including weekly data consolidation
  • Enrich and optimise boutique processes and workflows to align with back-office operational realities
  • Expand and maintain the B2B CRM database based on client interactions, nurture key partner relationships, and manage operational follow-up
  • Support boutique manager in prioritised handling of key B2B accounts to ensure optimal service quality
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports on growth KPIs
  • Populate and enrich the customer database (client records, profiling, order history, preferences and contact patterns)
  • Participate in the implementation of satisfaction indicators and service quality tracking mechanisms
  • Analyse client behaviour (order frequency, purchase patterns, contact reasons) and produce tracking reports for the team

Qualifications

  • Master's 1 or 2 candidate from a business school, university or equivalent
  • Demonstrable interest in luxury, retail, sustainable development or entrepreneurship
  • Strong customer relations orientation and appetite for hands-on, field-based work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or e-commerce systems
  • Fluent English appreciated
