Chanel internship: Product Data Coordinator supporting leather goods collection management in Paris. January 2027 start.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the creation and updating of product data sheets in internal systems (PLM, Next, and others)
- Ensure consistency and completeness of product information including nomenclature, components, dimensions, weight, codes, finishes, and colors
- Collaborate with business teams to gather, validate, and formalize product information
- Prepare collection-related documentation including partner calendars, product ranges, and collection boards
- Support team members in mastering product management tools, particularly the PLM system
- Communicate tool updates and data governance practices across internal and external stakeholder communities (suppliers, manufacturers)
- Participate in tool transformation and system evolution projects as defined in project scopes
- Identify data anomalies and escalate critical issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for product data processes
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's +4/5 program (business school, engineering school, or university)
- Demonstrated interest in leather goods, product management, and data structuring
- Strong proficiency with Excel and ideally other data management tools
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities
- Fluent English; Italian is a plus

Enrolled in a Bachelor's +4/5 degree program at a business school, engineering school, or university, with an interest in luxury fashion, leather goods, or product data management.
