Chanel Geneva – Management Accounting Intern for Watches & Jewelry, January 2027, 6 months full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse weekly revenue figures and activity for the Swiss market, producing comprehensive performance reviews
- Prepare regional activity summaries and management presentations on a monthly basis for Swiss Markets Region stakeholders
- Drive the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and propose process improvements including new reporting capabilities and automation
- Verify and control invoice coding within accounting systems for Watches & Jewelry and Fashion divisions
- Execute monthly financial closure procedures for the Swiss market
- Manage and monitor departmental budgets for Marketing (Retail and Wholesale), Media, and Communications functions
- Conduct and lead budget tracking review sessions with departmental heads
- Contribute to budget preparation and revised forecast cycles
- Support ad-hoc financial and analytical initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- Enrolled in final year of commerce school, engineering programme, or university with specialization in finance
- Internship must be formally required by your degree programme and credited academically
- Proven prior experience in management accounting, audit, or finance through prior internships or projects
- Fluent English and French language capability
