Chanel seeks Finance Intern for Management Accounting role in Geneva, Switzerland; 6-month full-time internship starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze weekly sales revenue and market activity for the Swiss region
- Participate in regional activity reviews and monthly management presentations
- Maintain and update Power BI dashboards and reporting infrastructure
- Support in-store inventory verification processes
- Propose process improvements, new reporting capabilities, and automation opportunities
- Review and verify invoice coding within the accounting system
- Conduct monthly financial close procedures for the Swiss market
- Manage and track departmental budgets
- Lead budget variance review meetings with operational departments
- Contribute to annual budget development and budget revisions
- Execute ad-hoc financial analysis as required
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in final year of commerce school, engineering school, or university with finance specialization
- Mandatory internship agreement required; internship must be part of degree curriculum, required for degree completion, and awarded academic credits
- Prior successful experience in management accounting, audit, or finance roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in PowerPoint presentations
- General comfort with IT tools and systems

Experience
At least one prior internship or hands-on experience in management accounting, audit, or corporate finance functions.
Education
