Chanel seeks a Project Coordinator Intern in Neuilly-sur-Seine to support governance and strategic projects within Fragrances & Beauty for six months, starting January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize and prepare governance meetings and steering committees; participate in coordination of governance structures and decision tracking
  • Create and maintain project management tools to monitor progress and adherence to timelines; contribute to continuous process improvement and action plan monitoring
  • Participate in cross-functional governance projects from conception through execution, preparing analyses, recommendations, and decision-support materials
  • Collect and analyze data to support strategic decision-making; present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and facilitate cross-team collaboration
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal meetings and project reviews
  • Collaborate with departments across the organization to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate logistics for key team and divisional events, ensuring planning, deadline tracking, and stakeholder communication

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, university programme, or other relevant discipline
  • Strong affinity for the luxury goods sector
  • Proficiency with office software and tools (spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms)
  • Knowledge of project management tools and change management methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various hierarchical levels
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative-driven approach, intellectual curiosity, creativity, and autonomy
