Chanel Digital & Retail Operations Internship in Paris, France - 6-month internship supporting European omnichannel retail transformation projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy and evolve omnichannel services and solutions for European fashion boutiques, including appointment booking systems, digital services, and integrated customer journeys
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), quality assurance, and validation of new functionalities in coordination with Digital, Technology, and Market Teams
- Identify and prioritize requirements submitted by boutiques and market teams; analyze user feedback and contribute to defining future service enhancements and tool improvements
- Support operational efficiency improvement initiatives across boutiques, from needs assessment through deployment and rollout
- Develop and maintain communication materials, user guides, SharePoint documentation, and training resources for retail team enablement
- Animate the European user community, provide adoption support to key users, and drive change management efforts for new solutions
- Monitor service performance and utilization through data analysis and collection of field feedback; generate insights for continuous improvement
- Contribute to the ongoing optimization of established solutions including My Boutique App, Waitwhile, InCHANEL, E-Services, and other retail initiatives
- Support sustainability and operational excellence initiatives championed by the team as opportunities arise
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Grande École (Business School, Engineering School, or University) program at Bac+4/5 level
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated rigor, autonomy, and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal abilities with capacity to engage diverse stakeholders and work across functional teams
- Advanced analytical, synthesis, and structuring capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and collaborative digital tools
- Curiosity, initiative, and genuine eagerness to learn in a dynamic international environment
- Fluent in French and English
