Chanel internship in Paris: High-end jewelry & watches business development, client relations, and gifting – January 2027, paid position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager and Supervisor in coordinating remote sales activities for the new haute joaillerie collection launch
- Verify high-end client prospect profiles and ensure compliance with client ownership protocols across regional markets
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of client data within the CRM system
- Update gifting program guidelines, manage personalized requests, create and track order references within systems, and oversee inventory management
- Conduct competitive analysis of luxury experiences, events, gifting initiatives, and services offered by competitors in haute joaillerie and haute horlogerie
- Support the development and deployment of the High-End application through content updates and information management
- Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations and client newsletters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 or Bac+4) minimum
- Minimum six months of prior internship or apprenticeship experience
- Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and attention to detail
- Excellent relationship-building and teamwork abilities
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving orientation

Experience
Minimum six months of prior internship or apprenticeship experience in a professional environment, preferably within luxury goods, client services, or business development.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 or Bac+4 minimum) in business administration, luxury management, marketing, or a related discipline.
