Chanel seeks a Business Development Assistant intern in Paris. Support luxury jewelry and watchmaking launches, manage communities, and coordinate international campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Curate and format content for year-round community engagement, including business and cultural modules and newsletters
- Issue calls for proposals to agencies, brief creative teams, and oversee content production workflows
- Develop training modules in collaboration with the Learning & Engagement team
- Monitor and administer the High-End Sales Reward program for top-performing Chanel sales associates
- Organize ad-hoc events, managing vendors, coordinating logistics, and overseeing agency deliverables
- Coordinate international launch preparation cycles for haute joaillerie and haute horlogerie collections, managing cross-departmental alignment and content production
- Track project budgets across multiple high-end product initiatives
- Provide operational support for international launches and fashion weeks
Qualifications
- Minimum bac +3 or bac +4 level of education
- Minimum six months of prior internship and/or apprenticeship experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to propose solutions and embrace challenge
- Strong collaborative spirit and team orientation
- Familiarity with luxury goods and high-end craftsmanship sectors preferred

Experience
Minimum six months of prior internship or apprenticeship experience in a business, marketing, events, or luxury retail environment.
Education
Minimum bac +3 (three years post-secondary) or bac +4 level of tertiary education.
