Chanel internship in Paris: Celebrity Relations Project Assistant supporting fashion and beauty activations for ambassadors and events. January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate celebrity and ambassador activations across Fashion and Fragrance-Beauty divisions for Paris fashion shows and international events
- Manage logistics and coordination for ambassador attendance at runway shows, international travel, photoshoots, and special projects, including ground transportation, air travel, hotel arrangements, and visa processing
- Oversee back-office operations for each project, including internal and external order management, tracking, and refacturation
- Develop and execute gifting strategy for celebrities and ambassadors, encompassing fragrance, beauty products, fashion items, and floral arrangements
- Provide on-site support and event participation when logistics permit
- Manage entourage logistics and accommodate requirements for invited celebrity guests
Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency required
- Additional language skills highly valued
- Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality
- Strong relational intelligence and service orientation
Skills
Experience
No specific professional experience required; however, demonstrated experience in event coordination, project support, or hospitality environments is advantageous. Experience working in luxury, fashion, or entertainment sectors is preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a university degree, preferably in event management, business administration, communications, or a related field.
