Chanel Events Project Assistant internship, Neuilly-sur-Seine. Support luxury beauty event coordination, marketing & communications. 6-month placement, January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide operational coordination support to the Project Manager across all event phases, ensuring deadline adherence and escalating risks proactively
  • Produce operational documentation including briefs, specifications, and launch materials to support event development
  • Coordinate and facilitate event deployment across regions, managing local adaptations and maintaining regular stakeholder communication
  • Consolidate and analyse quantitative and qualitative event feedback, update tracking databases, and synthesise insights for strategic planning
  • Prepare and draft steering committee minutes, presentation materials, and reports for international meetings and marketing reviews
  • Conduct competitive intelligence monitoring and support market needs assessment studies
  • Update qualitative and quantitative event tracking tools in collaboration with the Project Manager
  • Structure post-event feedback collection processes to inform continuous improvement recommendations

Qualifications

  • Current pursuit or recent completion of a degree from a business school, engineering school, or university
  • Passion for customer experience, events, or retail disciplines
  • Recognized for rigour, organisational capability, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Genuine interest in cosmetics and customer experience at point of sale
