Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with event planning, logistics coordination, and vendor management for beauty and fragrance activations
- Support project managers in scheduling, budget tracking, and timeline management
- Contribute to creative brainstorming and strategic alignment of events with brand objectives
- Liaise between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintain event documentation, create presentations, and prepare reports for senior management
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Project Management, Communications, Marketing, Events Management, or related field
