Chanel seeks an Image Production Coordinator Intern in Paris for January 2027. Support content creation and distribution for haute couture and brand campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the production of visual content (photographs, videos, print materials) and coordinate their implementation and distribution across haute couture runway shows, brand events, partnerships, and client communication initiatives
- Organize and support image production activities including film shoots and photography sessions, monitor post-production workflows, and manage the creation of derivative content assets
- Coordinate with creative teams, design and copywriting departments, social media teams, and digital platform management to establish communication and distribution strategies for visual assets
- Oversee delivery and distribution of finalized content to internal teams, digital platforms, and external channels; manage metadata and asset organization
- Create, update, and maintain production timelines, schedules, budgets, and supporting documentation
Qualifications
- Fluent in both French and English (written and oral)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or Apple Keynote
- Experience with Adobe Bridge, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively across teams

Experience
Previous internship or hands-on experience in production, content coordination, or related creative environments.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in communications, media production, fashion, marketing, or a related discipline.
