Chanel Fragrance & Beauty internship, Neuilly-sur-Seine: 6-month Marketing Operations Coordinator role launching January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and update Chanel's 2026-2027 marketing calendar, coordinating ad hoc requests from regional teams regarding early launches, local activations, and scheduling adjustments
- Support regional teams across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia in operational deployment of the international marketing plan, serving as a key contact for market-specific marketing topics
- Review and challenge campaign presentations and launch materials destined for regions to ensure relevance, clarity, and completeness, enabling teams to develop reliable forecasts
- Coordinate closely with International Marketing teams to consolidate product samples, mockups, and creative assets for strategic presentations to key retailers in each region
- Conduct business performance analyses (sell-in and sell-out) and qualitative competitive studies
- Monitor fragrance category catalog intake and obsolescence
- Contribute to cross-functional and ad hoc projects on the category, including structuring sampling and gifting strategy in alignment with marketing plan priorities
- Develop guidelines and protocols for in-boutique events
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5), preferably from a business school or related institution
- First experience in marketing development, operational marketing, or business development highly desirable
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment

Experience
First professional experience in marketing, business development, or related function; seeking a final-year internship to apply academic knowledge in an international luxury environment.
Education
University degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5), such as a business school diploma or university degree in marketing, business administration, or related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
