Chanel seeks an internship assistant for leather goods development and industrialisation starting September 2026 in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and technical specification of leather goods prototypes from concept to production readiness
- Assist in process optimisation and industrialisation workflows for leather goods manufacturing
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure technical specifications align with manufacturing capabilities
- Document technical processes, material specifications, and production methodologies
- Participate in production trials and contribute to quality assurance assessments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a programme in Fashion Design, Product Development, Industrial Engineering, or Materials Science
- Understanding of leather goods production processes and manufacturing techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Experience
No prior professional experience required; academic coursework or project experience in product development, manufacturing, or materials science is advantageous.
