Chanel internship in Paris: CHANEL & moi Mode Internship Coordinator supporting retail expansion and client experience strategy, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support regional market launches of CHANEL & moi - Les Ateliers in close coordination with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the client experience strategy within the Ateliers
- Respond to market needs and feedback, providing necessary information and resources to ensure smooth operations of these new boutique spaces
- Collaborate with Retail, Image, Operations, and Digital teams to optimize the client journey for CHANEL & moi boutique services
- Develop initiatives and recommendations to enhance the reception and service experience for customers seeking after-sales services
- Support the rollout of dedicated tools and training materials for the CHANEL & moi service ceremony across boutique teams
- Coordinate monthly meetings with regional managers and Atelier directors to align strategy and gather feedback
- Create and develop communication and training resources for boutiques, including presentations, briefings, and video content
- Contribute to monthly CHANEL & moi newsletters and activity reports by collecting information, structuring content, and supporting visual creation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or equivalent higher education qualification
- Passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and luxury retail
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and general IT competency
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated adaptability, team spirit, and proactive problem-solving approach

First experience in marketing, training, or retail; demonstrated exposure to client-facing or strategic retail environments
Education
