Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new after-sales service projects for leather goods (Restoring Care, Refreshing Care, Soft Care, Fabric Care), footwear (Heels Care, Patin, Refreshing Care), and ready-to-wear (Care Broderies)
  • Organize project meetings, prepare supporting documentation, and draft comprehensive minutes for stakeholder coordination
  • Define and monitor project deliverables, maintain GANTT charts, and track progress across multiple workstreams
  • Coordinate information flow between headquarters, international markets, and external partners
  • Update and maintain the Fashion catalogue with new service offerings and eligibility criteria
  • Monitor performance metrics (quality, lead times, capacity) across repair centers and the BU_SF (leather spare parts production unit)
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans in response to operational deviations affecting service levels
  • Analyze local repair activities to identify opportunities for spare parts catalogue evolution
  • Contribute to the development and rollout of the Hyper Care & Post Implementation Review programme across 15 repair centers
  • Prepare and present programme guidelines, objectives, and timelines to repair center teams
  • Collect and analyze global repair request data; identify patterns and propose localized action plans in collaboration with the manager
  • Conduct competitive intelligence research to inform future service strategy and market positioning

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to anticipate project needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities across multiple organizational levels
  • Fluent written and spoken English and French
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic, evolving environment
  • Experience or knowledge in luxury goods, fashion, or customer service sectors is advantageous
