Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the International Training Project Manager for Collections Expertise by coordinating end-to-end training projects across markets.
  • Prepare and adapt training materials, presentations and e-learning content for international audiences in collaboration with subject-matter experts.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines and trackers; monitor milestones and escalate risks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Liaise with cross‑functional stakeholders (design, production, merchandising, retail, HR) and external vendors to organise workshops and masterclasses.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of face-to-face and virtual training events, including participant registration, venue arrangements and post-event debriefs.
  • Compile attendance records, feedback and KPI reports to evaluate training impact and propose continuous improvements.
  • Manage basic project administration including expense reporting, meeting minutes and document version control.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a higher-education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in fashion management, learning & development, human resources, business or a related discipline as part of an alternance/apprenticeship.
  • Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage concurrent tasks and tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable producing professional presentations and training documents.
  • Proven aptitude for stakeholder coordination and collaborative work across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Attention to detail, proactive mindset and a disciplined approach to project follow-up.
