Chanel — Paris is hiring an International Press Coordination Manager (Watches & Jewellery). Permanent role coordinating global press activities and events.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute international press activities for the Watches & Jewellery division, ensuring consistent messaging and editorial coverage across markets.
  • Serve as primary operational interface between Chanel’s international press teams, regional PR agencies and in-house stakeholders to schedule embargoes, product loans and media visits.
  • Produce and distribute press materials (press releases, media kits, image dossiers) adapted to market needs and editorial calendars.
  • Manage logistics for international press events, product launches, previews and press trips, including travel, hosting and on-site media management.
  • Oversee press monitoring, clipping reports and quantitative/qualitative coverage analysis for senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update media contact databases, accreditation lists and press inventories; ensure compliance with embargoes and brand confidentiality protocols.
  • Anticipate and support crisis or reactive media situations with timely coordination of responses and alignment of cross-market communications.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience coordinating international press or media operations within luxury goods, ideally in watches and/or jewellery.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-market press campaigns with multiple agency partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a meticulous approach to scheduling, logistics and embargo management.
  • Strong editorial judgement and experience producing press materials tailored for fashion and lifestyle media.
  • Comfort with high-pressure event logistics and international travel coordination.

Experience
