Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate international press shopping logistics, including sample tracking and follow-up communications
- Monitor and manage international media placements and editorial coverage
- Assist in the planning and execution of events including fashion shows, open-door presentations in Paris and New York, and cultural literary gatherings at the rue Cambon location
- Welcome and facilitate stylist visits during Paris shopping appointments
- Provide administrative and organizational support to press attachés across international markets
Qualifications
- Fluent written and oral command of both English and French
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and relational skills
- Proficiency with Excel and Launchmetrics software platforms
- Genuine sensitivity to fashion and international media landscapes
- Previous relevant experience in fashion, communications, or press-related environments

Previous experience in fashion PR, media relations, communications, or related event coordination roles is preferred.
Education
Academic background in fashion, communications, journalism, or related disciplines is desirable; ongoing studies or completion of relevant coursework welcome.
