Chanel is seeking an International POS Materials Forecasting Intern to support the reliability of forecasts for point-of-sale materials and consumer and sales-force accessories. The intern will coordinate launch forecasting and product assortment with Marketing, Merchandising and regional teams, and contribute to category analyses and reporting improvements. Six-month internship starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop forecasts for global launches in close collaboration with Marketing, Merchandising and regional teams, taking distribution and proposed reference usage into account.
- Coordinate the product assortment with Marketing and Merchandising teams.
- Analyze the consistency of forecasts for launch and ongoing product references.
- Contribute to analyses by business area or category.
- Recommend improvements to analysis and reporting tools and materials.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a higher-education qualification at Bac+4/5 level at an engineering or business school, or an equivalent program.
- Strong interest in quantitative analysis, with solid analytical and synthesis skills.
- Dynamic, curious, and highly personable, with rigor, strong organizational skills, and a strong team spirit.
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient in the Office suite, with excellent Excel skills.
