CHANEL is seeking an International Mobility Senior Manager in London to support its UK Region and Global Corporate, advising on cross-border mobility, compensation, compliance and assignment planning. The role reports to the Global Head of International Mobility and leads compensation reviews, supplier service delivery, stakeholder collaboration and training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and consultation on cross-border mobility matters, including tax, immigration, relocation, compensation, social security, payroll, strategic assignment planning and compliance.
- Contribute to global priorities and objectives, and propose innovative programme improvements and efficiencies.
- Design and deliver international assignment compensation packages in line with mobility policy, aligning business needs with the appropriate policy approach.
- Manage the annual compensation review process for international assignees and international transfers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal and Talent to achieve individual and collective objectives.
- Manage service delivery and KPIs with supplier partners, and direct the RFP process for new supplier partners as needed.
- Prepare and deliver training materials for internal stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven track record leading and implementing Mobility, Rewards or HR projects across a wide region or multiple markets.
- Experience using Workday and Equus Platform (Assignment Pro) is a plus.
- Strong expertise in international assignment compensation plan design, delivery and taxation.
- Deep knowledge of emerging Global Mobility and market trends, with the ability to bring insights.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
