Chanel seeks Media Trafficking Coordinator Intern in Neuilly-sur-Seine for 6-month role supporting international media campaigns and asset management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing tracking documentation for technical asset deliveries across all media channels
- Prepare and distribute television delivery reports to local agencies
- Consolidate global media execution visualizations and maintain Chanel's media community sharing platform
- Conduct ongoing media monitoring and competitive analysis
- Support year-end campaign execution and coordination with market requests
- Participate in departmental organization and administrative activities
- Coordinate requests between market teams and the Creative Direction
Qualifications
- Business school or equivalent marketing and communications background
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience or demonstrated interest in media, advertising, or luxury brand environments
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Sensitivity to and appreciation of luxury sector dynamics

Experience
Ideally, prior exposure to media operations through an internship, agency placement, or experience at a media publisher or advertiser is preferred; however, motivated candidates with a strong interest in media and luxury will be considered.
Education
Business school, marketing program, communications degree, or equivalent professional formation.
