As an intern in Chanel’s Global Fashion Education department, the International Fashion Training Project Assistant supports three Learning Designers in developing Fashion Message tools and training content for six annual collections and fashion capsules for global retail teams. The role covers asset management, training materials, digital and physical tools, and communications with the international Learning community.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support three Learning Designers for Accessories and Ready-to-Wear in developing Fashion Message tools for six annual collections and fashion capsules for global retail teams, in coordination with Product, Communications, Press, and Image departments.
- Make available, organize, and manage all assets required to create Fashion Message materials, including images, videos, texts, press coverage, product information, and savoir-faire content.
- Contribute to the design and development of training materials.
- Monitor the production of in-person training modules and collection training books, working with managers and an external creative agency.
- Create digital modules for the internal Inside Fashion Learning platform and manage its back office.
- Independently develop physical tools, including posters and material samples, in collaboration with external providers.
- Create educational videos and additional digital content to enrich the training experience.
- Distribute content and communicate with the international Learning community.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at a business school, fashion school, or university.
- An initial experience providing exposure to project management, the creation of training, communications, or marketing content, or fashion and/or luxury sales.
- Strong sensitivity to fashion and luxury, a keen product sense, and a careful eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Recognized for rigor and organization.
- Able to interact with a wide range of stakeholders and manage multiple projects in parallel while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Good command of English is essential, as the tools are written exclusively in English.
- Excellent command of PowerPoint and an interest in digital.
