Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end project management for international digital media campaigns within the Watches & Jewelry division, from briefing to post‑launch reporting.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders — marketing, creative, local markets, agencies and media partners — to ensure timely delivery of assets and translations.
- Maintain and update project plans, production trackers and asset libraries; escalate risks and propose mitigation actions.
- Prepare campaign briefs, media schedules, performance dashboards and concise status reports for senior stakeholders.
- Assist with quality control to ensure all digital assets comply with brand guidelines and legal/regulatory requirements across markets.
- Contribute to post‑campaign analysis by collecting KPIs, consolidating learnings and suggesting optimisation opportunities.
Qualifications
- Eligible for a French alternance/work‑study contract beginning September 2026; currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Communications, Luxury Management, Digital Media or equivalent.
- Demonstrable interest in luxury goods, watches and jewelry, and in international digital media.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting; comfortable drafting briefs and stakeholder updates.
- Analytical mindset with basic ability to read and interpret digital media KPIs.
Skills
Experience
Previous internships or practical experience (6–12 months) in digital marketing, media coordination or project support are preferred; exposure to international campaigns and agency collaboration is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate programme (Marketing, Communications, Luxury Management, Digital Media) and eligible for alternance placement starting September 2026.
