Chanel internship: Financial analyst supporting Watches & Jewelry division strategy in Paris. 6-month role starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly activity reviews using Power BI and Excel, with presentations to senior management
- Analyze monthly sales forecasts and monitor annual forecast evolution
- Determine pricing and repricing according to group guidelines across global markets
- Monitor and analyze currency fluctuations and pricing variations across the Division's worldwide operations
- Consolidate and analyze competitive pricing intelligence
- Support the deployment and implementation of pricing tools
- Monitor and control the application of discount policies across retail locations
- Assist in preparing files, analyses, and presentations for budget revisions
- Update competitive intelligence through press reviews and information gathering
- Conduct ad hoc studies providing strategic and financial insights to management
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program (final-year internship candidate)
- Minimum 6 months of prior experience in financial analysis or management accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with demonstrated prior internship experience
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
- Fluent English (both written and oral)
- Autonomous with strong problem-solving orientation and collaborative mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
