CHANEL — Internal Communications Apprentice, Fondation CHANEL Europe, Paris. Work‑study role supporting internal comms, content and employee engagement across Europe.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of internal communications for Fondation CHANEL across European teams, including newsletters, intranet content and employee updates.
  • Draft, edit and localize clear, audience-tailored content in close collaboration with HR, operations and local country teams.
  • Assist in the production and coordination of internal events, town halls and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help manage digital internal channels (intranet, internal social platforms) and maintain editorial calendars.
  • Monitor and report on engagement metrics; produce concise performance summaries and recommendations.
  • Provide administrative support to the communications team and liaise with external suppliers when required.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a higher-education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in Communications, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong copywriting and editorial sense.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • Discretion and professional maturity when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multicultural teams.

Experience
