Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of internal communications for Fondation CHANEL across European teams, including newsletters, intranet content and employee updates.
- Draft, edit and localize clear, audience-tailored content in close collaboration with HR, operations and local country teams.
- Assist in the production and coordination of internal events, town halls and employee engagement initiatives.
- Help manage digital internal channels (intranet, internal social platforms) and maintain editorial calendars.
- Monitor and report on engagement metrics; produce concise performance summaries and recommendations.
- Provide administrative support to the communications team and liaise with external suppliers when required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher-education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in Communications, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong copywriting and editorial sense.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- Discretion and professional maturity when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multicultural teams.
Skills
Experience
Prior internship or practical experience (internship(s) of several months) in corporate or internal communications, PR or a related role is desirable but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent (work-study/alternance format required).
