Chanel Tokyo internship: support VIP events and marketing with logistics coordination and client engagement. 6–12 months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Understand and respond to the specific needs and requests of VIP guests from around the world
- Coordinate logistics for VIP guests, including transportation, accommodations, restaurant reservations, and ancillary services
- Provide multilingual support to international guests, with emphasis on English-language customer service
- Assist with on-site event operations and execution during event days
- Support market research initiatives and assist the marketing department with administrative and analytical tasks
- Handle event-related operational matters and special requests as needed
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external service providers to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
- Valid working visa for Japan (required for non-Japanese nationals)
- Strong interest in event management, hospitality, and luxury brand operations
- Demonstrated ability to respond quickly and flexibly to changing circumstances
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail

Experience
Experience in event coordination, hospitality, or luxury retail is valued but not required. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and interact professionally with high-net-worth clientele is advantageous.
