Chanel is hiring Interns in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland — internship opportunities in production, product development and corporate support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams on defined projects, delivering research, analysis and operational follow-through.
- Prepare clear, data-driven reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Assist with day-to-day operations in the local atelier/production or office environment, including documentation, quality checks and part tracking.
- Contribute to process-improvement initiatives, participate in meetings and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
- Liaise with suppliers, internal departments and external partners under the supervision of a manager.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university or technical programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in engineering, watchmaking, industrial management, business, marketing, supply chain or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in luxury goods, precision manufacturing or watchmaking.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive attitude with good interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Right to work in Switzerland for the duration of the internship; previous internship experience in a related field is a plus.

Open to current students and recent graduates. Prior internship or project experience in luxury, manufacturing, watchmaking, operations or supply chain is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's programme in a relevant discipline (engineering, watchmaking, business, industrial management, supply chain, marketing or equivalent).
