Chanel is hiring an Intern, Innovation Programs in London to support flagship innovation initiatives and events within the house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain timelines and coordinate logistics for multiple flagship programs including the Chanel Sparks intrapreneurship initiative across regions and time zones
- Support event and production coordination for internal experiences, broadcasts, and live launches, including run-of-show preparation and on-ground execution
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, delivery partners, and external vendors to ensure alignment against agreed briefs and timelines
- Track budgets, prepare purchase orders, and maintain spend records for program initiatives
- Compile program metrics and prepare clear reporting for leadership and cross-functional teams
- Manage day-to-day communications and engagement activities with the Innovation Community
Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-moving environments
- Demonstrated interest in innovation, events, community programs, or intrapreneurship through academic coursework, prior internship experience, university involvement, or personal projects
